Feasibility Study of 1960’s Townhouse

We were recently approached to carry out a feasibility study to explore the options for improving on the current dated and restrictive layout of a 1960’s townhouse in Cambridge.  After some exploration with the client we arrived at a scheme that not only addressed the clients brief but also helped to minimise build costs by ensuring there was efficient use of space, with the subtle zoning spaces within an open plan layout and with the careful assessment of the extent of alterations required.
